New	Thelushentic grade bag item is brand new and has never been used.
Used (like new)	Mint condition or barely used.
Used (very good)	It is obvious that the item has been used previously but in very good condition.
Used (good)	It is obvious that the item has been used previously for a period of time but generally in good condition.
Used (acceptable)	It is obvious that the item has been used for a prolonged period of time but is still in acceptable condition for continued usage.
Used (refurbished)	The item is used but has been refurbished.
For parts or not working	Junk condition, can be used for replacement parts.

Returns

If for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you can do so.
Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a item merchandise refund*, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

• Item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
• Item(s) are returned in original condition with original packaging

Please use EMS tracking service and write down "Return item" on your EMS invoice.

Please be advised that eLADY will not cover any postage costs for returned products unless it suffers from manufacture defect.
